By accepting these terms and conditions, you will agree that WiFi Ext will not provide support for any onsite services and hardware related services. We are not liable to carry out warranty of any hardware/device manufacturers.
You should have to know that we do not ask for your username and password. So you have to maintain privacy of your PC, that is you must not share username and password of your PC with anyone. Wifi Ext will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you because of your failure to protect your personnel data

When remote session is being run by our professional you are advised to regularly check the session. When our professional make remote session, he will also be on phone call with you. If you get any request of remote session, without being our professional on phone call then you are requested to not accept the request. We are not responsible to any harm caused to your confidential data or to your device, because of lack of care taken by client. You must not use any of service for some illegal activities.
It is your responsibility to follow all cyber laws of your country while interacting with us.
We as a vendor / merchant will not be responsible in respect to any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any monetary transaction, on Account of the Card holder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Prices of Services provided by us, are changed after 30 days notice. Such changes in price can be applied by posting on our website or by sending e-mail to customers on their registered e-mail ids.
You may be required to provide valid credit card number for activation of your account or for making payment. You are requested not not share pincode of your card at any cost with anyone. We never ask for that.
In some cases we may be asked to share billing information with local or federal authorities.

WiFi Ext will work as billing agent. If instead of debit card you had provided debit card then deduction of funds for your services will be done from your debit card until you add credit. If in any case your funds in account are insufficient and caused return of fund transfer, then you will be charges extra $15.00 (or any such cost which may arise due to them).
WiFi Ext is not responsible to refund amount paid by you to tech support team under plan order. We can refund only amount that had been credited more then described one because of any mistake or error from customer’s side. WiFi Ext is in no case responsible for any financial loss caused to customer because of inadequate fund in clients account or delay while refunding the amount.
Use of services are at customer’s own risk. The service is provided on as available basis. Customer is requested to research before going for any plan.
Technical support is chargeable service. And is given by email, online chat and over phone call. Services will be provided in English Languages
WiFi Ext can use third party vendors for providing needed hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required for Service
One should not sell our services on their behalf unless it is been approved by us
We at any point can suspend any account which we find unlawful or which violates our terms and conditions. We will have zero tolerance toward cybercrimes and will report them as earliest. We will fully Cooperate with respective authorities in against these crimes. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Wifi Ext customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate termination of services.
The financial transactions and credit card transactions are secured by the respective service providers, banks and processing vendors.
Wifi Ext does not guarantee that (i) the services provided will match your specific desires, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be completely rectified. There may be situation like war, natural calamity, terror attack or an act of god, which may substantially reduce or completely wipe out our ability to service our clients. In such situations we will not be able to serve our clients and will also not be liable for any damage / loss happening to our clients.
